Been in talks with ashley exhaust last week about a exhaut manifold for my car. they asked me to send them up some exhaust gaskets the header one and the triangle one.
got a phone call from brian ashley today saying that they have made my flages all up, he was tellin me they use laser cutting to make them all.
they are making me up a collector for the bottom and givin me all the correct pipe work that i will require for the exhaust manifold. so in the new few days i should have it all here and i will start making my manfold up going to take a while but im hopin it will be worth it. i know i have got to try and keep all the pipe work to the same length (well try to the best i can) is there anything else that i should make sure of when im doin it all. im getting a pro welder to finish it all up for me as i am just going to spot weld it in to place on the car then have it all off for him to do a proper job on it.
i found that ashley exhaust are sooo helpful he has helped me thought it alot with which pipe work to use and making me all the flanges and making me up a collector as one dont exist for out 3inch bottom flange.
cant wait now im just hopin it will be all worth it.
