Bleeding Brakes... (not "bleedin' brakes"!!)

Bled the brakes this week, used abour 500ml of new fluid. I bled the front only as I assume dual servo with do them all.. or do I need to do the back ones too? only ask 'cos they're doesn't feel a lot of difference, still a little too much travel on the pedal before it bites, tho it passed the MOT ok when I bought it, and I have no trouble stopping the car... :-)

Any suggestions welcome..

If you think the brakes are still soft, try fitting these, and bleed them again:

you need to bleed all four calipers

the vectra B brakes have always seemed poor, they are all the same

thank you guys, I'll try doing all four this weekend if the weather is ok, (my mate has a veccy B too and his are definatly sharper than mine) if that doesn't work I shall fit the new hoses as Matt suggested once payday comes around!!
