If its squeaks at regular intervals- Worn auxillairy (alternator - V) belt most likely?
Irregular intervals - My Throttlebody makes a squeak/whistle with partial load so it could potentially be that, but only really if you have a modified inlet system. Its just the sound of air rushing into your inlet manifold through a partially open butterfly.
