looks good but what you should do on the intake pipe is to buy another one from vx and cut it off and stick it next to it to make it in to a cup so it catches the air better and looks neater still doing mine but heres an idea for you.

I used a 75mm 90 degree and a 75mm elbow joint from http://www.regals-motorsport.co.uk/ and got the alloy pipe from my local wilco store (had to drill a small hole for the air intake temp sensor)

get the oil catch tanks of ebay so much cheaper than shops. love the air box tho

hey mate, was after a custom style induction pipe for my cone filter, to plug into the throttle body. prob is i havnt got a clue what size id be after. now i read further up this page that you used a 75mm 90* silicone bend. did that sit straight on the throttle boddy housing then?? also, what size dia was the ali pipe you used too? cheers

Cone filters aren't a good route to go down unless you can supply a very good source of cool air or you shield the cone well as the z22se runs very hot under the bonnet. This can lead to heat soak.

you need to keep the pipe work same size of the TB diameter if not smaller if your running the fpr vacuum hose to allow for sufficient vacuum

Mate love your air box really nice idea, i personally coulndt cut up the veccy pipe intake but i spose it does have better performance off it, that edging strip u can get at my work, www.merlinmotorsport.co.uk
