My Vectra Sri came today 😃 . Now I need to hunt for some front end parts to get it looking nice again. All I can say is I like it alot! The roof is a little faded from the sun, so I will have to do something about that. I would like a flip key instead of the one that came with it. I pressed and held one of the buttons on the fob, and the two front windows went all the way down, good trick. My standard radio is in safe mode. I am also thinking about removing the tow bar, I don't like it much. Thats about it. It's a nice smart motor 8)

It's nice and clean. I have started to strip it already. I have removed the bumper bar then it started to rain lol

Shall I do away with the tow bar? I have started to strip it down but it then rained lol. I will be making it looking nice and red again some how. Any tips? Cheers

Yeh i would get rid of the tow bar. As for the pink paintwork start with AG super resin on a patch and work from there.

I am interested Neil in one of those keys 🙂. I might have to wait a little while til I get the parts for my car first. Little things can come last. I am defo going to be putting 18" wheels on this and a nice exhaust system on it, one exhaust on each side. I will give it a good go at polishing it up again nice, cheers for the advice 🙂

Well I gave it a little clean today and a little polish in some places but the roof looks like it needs a little more effort. I will be getting the new front end painted anyway, so I will ask my mate to give it a polish with his buffer, and some stuff he uses. I might even just get it painted what.. .

Here is how it looks inside. I wonder why the drivers seat belt is stuck out for, it won't retract. Probably something to do with the crash.

It looking nice, i really like red atm it shouldnt need painting a decent body shop should be able to revive it. Will the seat belt have some pre-tensioners that have gone?

Thats what I was thinking, the pre ten probably gone 🙁. When I get the front end painted I will get him to do something with the roof. Infact the full car so it's nice and red again 🙂

nice, proper bargin. got a lot of work tho havent you, wont you have to change the airbag ecu as i heard they onlt have one go.??

they are not that dear if you know someone, trying to get the dash back so you cany really notice it has popped is the hardest.

I will need a new airbag module as the old one won't work anymore. I think I am also going to need a drivers seat pre pretensioner as the seat belt won't retract back into the door pillar. I could have had the dash out today, but I strated the front end off. I took some dash parts off but gave up.
