generally the inlet valves all get bent, the guides tend to crack as well
depending on what engine revs the chain failed at depends whether the pistons are damaged, what happens is the piston rings get squashed by the piston damage
you have two options
rebuild with new pistons / guides / valves
replace the engine - if it's secondhand then replace the chain BEFORE fitting the engine, so much easier
