Strange Throttle Body Sound..

i heard it yesterday from low revs, sort of a swoosh noise, never heard it before and i know it hasnt been here in the past because you can really hear it.

ive located the noise back to the throttle body..

its just abit wierd that it hasnt done it since ive owned the car then yesterday it just starts doing it..

Yep they all do that mate...

Mine makes a 'squeeeeaaak' at about 50% throttle or a quick "squeak" when going WOT - almost like a turbo spooling. Sounds like you've just sucked in a mouse 😉

The induction is noise is normal.

Intresting you say about the squeak at 50% throttle - mine started doing this only after the 2.4 manifold was fitted. I thought at first it was an air leak on either the brake servo hose or the manifold, but turned out to be just the TB when under part throttle.
