possibly the egr valve is sticking open, simply unbolt it and ensure it's closed, easiest fix is to blank it off
also sometimes the tb gets very dirty on the underside of the butterfly valve, a good clean helps, but you need to reset the ecu afterwards - disconnect the battery for 20 minutes or so
