snap on scanner readings?

has anybody got any scanner readings as info as im trying to work out if my cars running ok heres a few readings i took fuel system 1closed loop, calculated load value %22.3, engine coolant temp 186, short term fuel trim bank 1 % reads from 1.5 to 2.3, long term fuel trim bank 1 stays at 2.3 , intake map(in hg)8 , ignition timing advance reads 10.0 to 12.5 , intake air temp 78 all readings taken with car at idle (im interested to find out what the correct intake map should be? )thanks

My engine is currently rough at idle, 99% sure its just the EGR valve out to lunch, but i have access to http://www.sun-diagnostics.com/intl/en/pdf/SolusPro.pdf or something very similar, so was going to plug in and see what was what.

So I am looking for the same thing as you Richard, some idea as to what everything should be reading??? I have searched here and vx220forums and cant find anything 🙁

hi if you think its the egr valve you could buy a egr cheater off this site made by our man vocky 😃 they do work as i have one fitted to my car easy to fit as well as for the scanner readings post up what you get and i will cross reference with what i get i only have the snap on mt2500 shame as it looks like the newer ones test coil packs etc

I was going to get the blanking plate from autovaux first, if that worked then order the cheater from here (its what I originally signed up for) to do the job properly so i do not have the valve hanging off the side.

I have copied your readings and will have them to hand when I plug mine in, going to be a few weeks now as I dont think I am going to get any time off soon, but I will note down what I get. Hopefully be able to compare with and without the EGR blanking plate.

I'll post up my progress!
