how to i get pics from the phone to the pc ?

as above really i have the sony erricson w800i

i bought a bluetooth usb devise set it all up but when i try and send the pics they wont send or if they do i have one go but i cant find it on my pc any where any ideas ?

I got the same phone, all i do is remove the memory card from the phone, plug it into my PC and if i want to upload the pics to photobucket, i just do it in the normal way. if i want to copy them to the pc, i just copy and paste from the folder on the memory card. You can also do all this via the cable supplied with the phone!

i have tried it all with no luck i must be doing something wroung i thought this bluetooth would be simple to use but it's not :cry:

when you use the usb cable supplied did you install the software? mine came with a disk but i never installed it as my PC reads the memory card as an external memory source. But if using the cable you must install the disk!

well just installed all the software again and no luck :cry:

also found out i have a card slot so i tried that and all i get is a box keep poping up saying auto play and thats it :cry:

Once you've inserted the card into the card reader, you should be able to view it's contents by going into My Computer, and it should be listed there as a removable drive

yea i thought that but wont find it perhaps it doesnt read my sort of card notsure.gif

When you plug the bluetooth dongle in you should get the bluetooth dongle icon pop up on the bottom right corner same place you Msn and firewall go. Right click it and ask it to recive file, then send the picture or vid from your phone to the pc. It should work this way 😛

Thats exactly what i do! though you should be able to do the same with the cable suplied.

well i have just tried the cable with the sofware i can find the pics but it wont let me open them up now on the pc any ideas notsure.gif

i cant work out why im finding it so hard i can do most things on a pc but this has got me notsure.gif
