Not strong enough. Been taking them for years. I usually get a prescription antihistamine, but not had chance to get to the docs yet with being on permanent days for 5 weeks. Will get in at some point next week, so until then, I'm taking 4 citirazine (drousy) a day, and trying to keep awake
