Engine starts wobbeling when adjusting Air Conditioner?

Hi,
My first post with mad English skills. rofl..

Vauxhall/Opel Vectra B 2001

What I did before this problem:
-Welded broken exhaust node and removed PRECAT
-EML on, EOBD(Tech2) test = Lambda broke, fixed. EML off.
After while engine started to wobble 200-700rpm and cuts off sometimes. ->
-EML on, EOBD(Tech2) test = EGR (P0404), blanked (userpix/13_egr_3.jpg). EML off, atleast for now.
Now you can drive it, but still rarely its shaking a bit (650-800rpm) which is really annoying. And If you switch Automatic Air Conditioning off its going like 100-800rpm up and down until it stays at 600rpm if survives without cutting off.
Same thing with other electric stuff for example windows if u strum up and down fast u can feel a little wiggle with your ass. (only 20rpm -/+). Fuses seem alright tho. Suggestions? what..

I would disconnect the battery for 30 minutes, this will reset the ecu

you could also clean the throttle body, this may be dirty because of the faulty egr valve

I reseted ECU couple times after playing with EGR.
Throttle body feels ok with AC on.. how they are even dependent of each other?

Throttle body is cleaned and its much better, drops now straight to 600rpm..
I were on obstacle track yesterday. When I accelerated with full throttle, somewhere near 3000rpm engine stops pulling and continues @3500rpm. Then I did full stop from 70kph (ABS) and engine begun to wobble. Alright, 3000rpm 3500rpm it doesn't matter, annoying part is when u r idle running, waiting for lights then suddenly car decides to be shaking sex mattress. Does it randomly.

Hate this topic already.. Hard to explain and shit heads at the repair shop are total jerks, they do everything by the GM textbook (3916. Windshield is dirty = buy new windshield).
