New manifold and error codes!

Ive just fitted a dbilas inlet manifold to my astra, ive then driven it for 80+ miles to let the ecu adjust
and when i push it harder i get one of the following error codes:

1220 = Cyl.8-Fuel Inj.Circ. Short to B+
1221 = Cylinder shut-off exhaust valves Short circuit to ground
1514 = Intake Manifold Changeover Valve2 circuit Short to ground

What is causing them?

It looks like some kind of wiring issue to me, have you checked the ECU, EGR/Cheater, Coil pack harnesses are all ok? I had a similar load of 'Short to Ground/B+' errors on my previous car and one of the connectors just needed a wiggle!

it's worth checking the wiring, but remember that the dbilas inlet manifold requires a remap, regal are the only supplier so probably the place to enquire
