Spanner Light

I have the eml on on my dash the spanner one, my mate got a reader and has read the problems. He told me its showing up as a problem with the wiring on the fan but having checked the fan works fine without car overheating and cant see any probs with the wiring. Any ideas? notsure.gif

On the cars with Air Con fitted there are two fans one on the cooling radiator and the other on the air con radiator, have you checked both fans?

Not sure of code, but should aircon rad fan be in use if aircon is not on?

aircon fan should not run unless the aircon is in use

Would that still throw up a code/error as I have never used the aircon? cheers
