Yeah, it's quite difficult to keep steady at full zoom, but having the shutter speed fast enough, and the appeature wide means you still get a crisp picture (providing it's in focus). I was reading in a book that the safe shutter speed is worked out at by zoom length divided by 1, so at 200mm, the slowest speed I could use was 1/200 second. At the other end for the 55mm, it's 1/55 second
