This is currently on a certificate of entitlement to vehicle registartion mark.
Never been assigned to any vehicle
Vehicle Assignment fee is already paid and is endorsed on the certificate.
Only for vehicles first reg from march 2008.
certificate is valid till 28/02/2009 and can be renewed @25 per year thereafter, if not assigned to vehicle.
I shall bear the change of nominee fee.
No fees payable to DVLA !
