I fitted mine a month or so ago - shame I didn't see this thread. I've got the WeaponR and a ported head, so I figured I'd go for the Stage 2 NA Comp cams instead of the Stage 1 like everyone else has. Personally I think the Stage 1 might have been a better bet for general usability though. First impressions are:
It idles fine at first, but then when it settles down it's only on 3 cylinders. Raising the revs to 900rpm and it's fine again though - I've got new plugs on the way just in case.
Sounds absolutely mental - like a 'real' engine now
No real torque low down now, but got rid of the flat spot between 3-4k
I still have the std inlet manifold, so I don't get the full power up top yet which is a shame.
It runs really lean at high revs, but once I keep the engine revs up and the ECU adjusts it absolutely flies, with loads of burbling on lift-off
So... It feels pretty normal between 1000-3500 rpm, but the power does built up (without a big surge of power anywhere in the rev range) until you find yourself catapulted towards the rev limiter.
