Bubz7471 Hi had a problem with the EML coming on and cutting out the cruise control so had it on a diagnostic machine and the **code P0571 **came up which is the cruise brake switch also the **code P1574 **which I have no idea was showing up anyway I bought a new 4 pin brake switch hoping that it would be that but have took it for a run and the EML came on again!! Could it be the CC stalk as I will buy another one and try it! Its really cheesing me off now cause when I first fitted it it was working fine and does anyone else know what the other code is for? vocky P0571 Cruise Control Brake Switch Circuit P1574 Stoplamp Switch Circuit are you brake lights working correctly too, might also be a bad connection, disconnect the battery and re-seat the ecu plugs (remove and refit)
Daz Check ure ABS rings m8....mine was throwing up that code a while back,new switch fitted etc and still doin it....found the N/S/F abs ring was cracked....fitted new and no probs since.
