im getting sick of doing 26mpg so i thought i would drive steady for a full tank of petrol, it took some doing but i managed 30.4 mpg averaged over the tankful and 350 miles for the full tank.
it took some doing cruise control set at 70 instead of 80, building speed up gradually and i must say it was quite relaxing driving steady for a change.
anyway i undid all my good work by nailing on the way to work last night fook me did i enjoy it , the car felt faster than normal, but mpg dowm to 9mpg on instant mpg. 😃
