You have to be really careful with this stuff.
Warm DAMP (not wet) cloth and dab the mark do not rub it or you bobble it even more. If you get it too wet when it drys it will go hard.
As for the bobbling i have heard people using a Razor to shave off the bobbles, I have never had the bottle to do this to jems car. I could just imagine slipping and then it's a trip to the re-trimmers.
There is an suede / atlantra cleaning guide somewhere but that is as much i know.
