HELP PLEASE!!!

Just driving home from my mates house there just before I came to my house was doing about 70mph odd and the battery light and oil light came on and the car stalled but straight away the car started again and drove fine the lights went out also just went out a minute ago and started it and it started fine :?
All help will be greatly appreciated!!!

i dont know bout oil light but with the battery light wot bout olternater belt wot is the condition like

Not sure baldie mate but as far as I know it's fine wasn't that long ago it was in at the mechanics so he'd of said something if there was anything up with it I think...

I'm afraid you may have to wait to see if it does it more frequantly to solve this one alan?

Thanks again Neil I really hope so it was really weird no warning no weird sounds from the engine the DVD player's working fine and as said started first time when I got home and left it for five mins and tried it again opened the engine there's oil in it and with the bonnet opened it sounded normal so hoping it's just been a stall I'll let you know how things go but hopefully it's one off as if it stalled all the lights would come on would they not?

see how it goes tomorro mate if there was a big problem the EML light would be on and stay on

Yea Neil the EML is on but it's been on since I had the 200 cell sports catt fitted I'm nearly up to my 3,000miles since the last timr In reset the EML but last time I reset it it didn't come back on for about 30-40miles but that's the usual everytime I reset it the miles are between 30-300 if there's a major problem the EML light will stay on after resseting it won't it just a thought as I could go out and reset it the now and see if it comes back on???

Yea I'm just not sure which way to go wether to get the fudge one JohnnyN has or one like vocky has but not just the dial with the box thing that you can set the parameters????? When I phone Courtenay I'll need to ask how much it is for the fudge cheater thing and mibbe order one until I get the dial kit thing as most of them come from the U.S think Demon Tweeks do them too but so I'll check when I get the chance!!!
