z22se is the european gm 2.2 ecotec
L61 is the usa gm 2.2 ecotec
yes the kit fits, but the ecu remap which comes with the kit is useless, the L61 is mostly a cable operated throttle body whereas the z22se are all electronic throttle body, so they have different ecu's and thus ecu maps
that is basically what courtenay fit on their sc conversions, but they add a charge cooler which is missing from the gm kit and also sort the extra fuelling needs.
although the courtenay price seems expensive, the gm kit is £1500 + £200 shipping + £300 customs = £2k, then add £1k for a new ecu and mapping, then add £1.5k for all the other bits and pieces = £4.5k
so the courtenay price is not that bad dunno..
