What you can do if you are having problems ever getting onto the site, try doing a traceroute to see where the connection is being lost.
To do this (incase you don't already know):
Start --> Run
Type cmd to bring up the DOS Prompt
Then type tracert z22se.co.uk
after you hit enter, it will list all the hops it takes to get to the server
