richard just been reading the instructions that came with my cams not really sure i took it all in notsure.gif . so my question is i have the locking tool so thats ok. can i just take my old cams out and stick my new ones in then run at say 2500rpm for 20 to 30 mins or is there anything special i should be doing as it talks about degreeing your cam with the intake centreline method etc etc dunno..
vocky post a pic of the sprocket fitting on the end of the cam, it might just be for those who have vernier cam sprockets you need to put some thick oil onto the lobes for the running in period, cam grease etc
vocky sweet, just bolt on your standard sprockets and job done, if you want to build a race engine then buy some adjustable sprockets, but for road use they're not really required.
