djsri pain in the ass job....remove glove box as long as you got torx bits..thenfind the slot with the cover on and remove two nuts.as long as you got random size tiny spanner or socket...between 5 and 6 mm or imperial then scrape knuckles pulling out old 1..cue lots of dust and crap..then put back together.....eres soem pics..did need doing
dodger that definitely needed changing, that reminds me must think about replacing mine, did it about two years ago.
Drakey Nice one, were there any indication that it needed replacement or did you change it as a life ex`..... (ie 2yr)?
djsri to be honest ive only had car since nov and judging by the oil filter i changed when got the car it been on my jobs to do..plus all the nuts on the glovebox felt and looked like they hadnt been out..had another pic of filter n it lot worse than the first 1..just shame vauxhall dnt make stuff easier to undo..not every 1 has torx head bits etc..suppose they try get you back in for service etc.all need now is aircon regassed
