Well, Muncher I put in your measurements for your 2.2TB (are you sure it was your 2.2 and not 2.4?) and they work out almost identical to the 2.4 that Karlos had! It's a bit of a silly question, but have you tried just plugging it in with the pots set to 0?
this is what I get for voltages with no resistors attached:
Pot 1 2.2 Fully Closed - 4740 Ohms, 2040 Ohms = 3.50 volts
Pot 1 2.4 Fully Closed - 4430 Ohms, 1940 Ohms = 3.48 volts
Pot 1 2.2 Normal - 3840 Ohms, 2950 Ohms = 2.83 volts
Pot 1 2.4 Normal - 3770 Ohms, 2600 Ohms = 2.96 volts
Pot 1 2.2 Fully Open - 1970 Ohms, 4810 Ohms = 1.45 volts
Pot 1 2.4 Fully Open - 1860 Ohms, 4490 Ohms = 1.46 volts
Pot 2 2.2 Fully Closed - 1070 Ohms, 2820 Ohms = 1.38 volts
Pot 2 2.4 Fully Closed - 1030 Ohms, 2680 Ohms = 1.39 volts
Pot 2 2.2 Normal - 1660 Ohms, 2240 Ohms = 2.13 volts
Pot 2 2.4 Normal - 1470 Ohms, 2250 Ohms = 1.98 volts
Pot 2 2.2 Fully Open - 2870 Ohms, 1030 Ohms = 3.68 volts
Pot 2 2.4 Fully Open - 2720 Ohms, 990 Ohms = 3.67 volts

So without resistors they'd be almost identical anyway. You could always try the values above, but those are only adjustments to try and get it right over the whole range. If you only care about fully-closed to normal you're best using all at 0.
The TBs seem to vary so much, please could you measure your 2.4 TB as well?
