New Lexmaul 4-2-1 manifold

Alright Chaps, I've just been browsing the net and i've discovered Lexmaul are now producing a tubular 4-2-1 manifold for the z22se! Good news eh! Even better is that it has an intergrated 200 cell sports cat to keep your Lambada sensors and the MOT man happy! happy days indeed. Aparently Regal can get you one sent straight over, but I dont know how much they are. Judging by the 900 Euro price tag youl be lucky to see change of £700.

It might be better to get the dbilas flowtek system and softwear package from regal for £1200 which incorporates both the inlet plumenum manifold and cast high flow exhaust manifold and claims a +25bhp increase? No sports cat though :-C hmmm. what to do?

this is all included in the EDS company phase 2 package. Thats a german tuning company specialised in opel. http://www.eds-motorsport.de

that manifold, sportcat + remap = 1250 euro for 170hp and +25nm

add schrick cams and dbilas high flow air system and u'll be up for 190hp

they sell that all that in phase 4 for 3350 euro.

I recently bought a 2.2se with 35k miles on it and im so fucking glad that i live in belgium so i can go get phase 2 + dbilas highflow for a good price cuz EDS is like 150 miles from me and will give me decent amount of hp without even having to do any high costing and deep engine mods like ported head, tb's or cams 🙂

Outputs unknown as yet, but it's being remapped within the month, however as it been fitted with other mods I'll never know the gain from just the main/sports cat alone. But Lexmaul claim about 7bhp
