decks i always get a petrol smeel inside my car when i start it, but it goes away when i move is this common,has anybody else got this petrol smell in there car
ecky1972 I USED TO GET THE SMELL OF PETROL WHEN I FIRST GOT IN MY CAR DUE TO THE BREATHER PIPE ON THE TANK END WASNT A GOOD SEAL
Drakey My fuel smell was only on a full tank, and if sat overnight would also leave a small patch on the garage floor!!!!! I was told that this was a breather pipe problem also.
ecky1972 its a tank off jobbie as pipe on tank end only accesable when you lower tank and you need exhaust off aswell
