zen160 Hi, I've been searching for the part number for the gasket to blank off the EGR, but cannot find it - not the big plate but the normal gasket that isn't punched out so it blocks the EGR in effect. Does anyone have this to hand?
vocky there is not an official blanking gasket, but most people use these... egr blanking plate: 24575592 standard egr valve gasket: 12570863
zen160 Ok cheers - I'll give those a go. I've fitted a catch tank so hopefully when I've done the EGR it will stop clogging up and be a little more responsive between gear changes (Vectra).
