Hi all, I have a rattle/noise coming from the cam chain area and i feel certain it is the chain, could it be anything else?
After looking Here i notice that i have the same as in the pictures, is this a blob of paint on the bolt too as i have this although it is on the side of the bolt not on the top. Does this mean my engine has had the work done? How sure are we about this? I have already been in touch with benny and was due to set the wheels in motion to have the work carried out by him. If i have had this done already at some point there is nothing in the service history etc to show this.
Could the rattle/noise be something else? Its usually only heard when starting from cold but seems to be getting noisier and longer lasting each time.!
