It's not worth me doing all the OT anymore, so I'm doing the bare minimum to get me a few extra hundred quid a month, just to top up the spending money. I do 148 hours every month, spread over 2 weeks (7 days and 7 nights). November/December I submitted 100 hours OT, which more than doubles my salery for that month. £6k before tax, and £1.5k income tax, plus £400 NI. Bollox to that, most of my OT went straight to the Tax Man
