just been loolingup the new SUV from vx and they do a 2.4 petrol version...........

i have just thought that the engines that vx are using are the family 2 ecotec engines which includes the z22se and the 2.4 equivileint so if people could find pictures for the antara 2.4 engine and the inlet manifold is the US spec item, would vx be selling them soon?? dunno.. so people might not have to buy from the states?? dunno..

not sure as i haven't been able to get a picture of the engine to c if it's the 2.4 of our engine family but it's more than likely that it is, but as vocky says it may be very pricey :cry: if not showo.. but it might be easier for tuning companies to get in stock dunno..

you won't want the VVT head unless you go standalone ecu

but the 2.4 bottom end is on my wish list 😃

jamee were you meaning the clylinder head or inlet manifold like i mentioned in the first post??

as i answered wrong coz at 4am i was thinking you had wrote bout the inlet :roll:

another thought is that vx are using the 2.2 inlet and thats why the power output is only 140ps notsure.gif
