Thud nose on selecting 1st gear!

Anyone else experienced this, if i dip the clutch and select 1st straight away i here a thud sound, if i dip the clutch and wait a second or 2 its fine! There is no problem selecting 1st its free and easy even with the thud. Anyone know what it could be?

I have the same problem as you but not that bad, all i know is that the clutch is hydralic operated, you could try bleeding it as this can cure it.

Thats what i thought so i bled the clutch, but its still there, might do the full system in the summer!
