Vectra sri 150 missing relay in relay box

I asked the vvoc lot and they didnt know, wha'cha got? 😃

Space for a brown relay, should it be there, and whats it do dunno..

well my sri150 doesn't have the relay base either :?

where does the cable loom go to, my sri150 does not have the extra loom notsure.gif

I think it just joins the main loom from the passenger side, ill check and make sure, and get a few wire colours too.
I've Seen a few vectras in scrapyards with the relay present, never payed much attention to their age and spec though.

Its a 2001 Y reg, i think my last one, a 2000 X reg just had the purple relays.

Right, it connects straight into a loom which goes into the plastic trunking across to the drivers side, and the other end of it forks into the main loom next to the abs loom and into the cabin.

Its got:
thick black
thick brown
thick red/blue
thin red/blue
and a brown/grey

pretty sure there red/blues and not blue/reds.

red/blues tend to be fuel pump, so LPG wiring notsure.gif

Found it in the haynes z22se engine management wiring diagram, its the relay for the secondary air pump. Which we dont have?

thick black - +12v
thick brown - 0v
thick red/blue - secondary air pump +ve
thin red/blue - Ignition pos II - F36 20A
brown/grey - ECU a7

Fuse 36 is present, marked as a KL. 15

Is this lot present on anyone elses vectra?

Might steal the 60A black to power my headlamp wash jets 🙂

I don't have any of the wiring on my 03/2001 sri 150

a good idea to use the relay base and wiring for the headlight washers 🙂
