sdbutler10 i had the 1.6 before my 2.2 and i got the head skimmed and whichraised the compression and had a cat back exhaust stright through and pannel fitler with de-restriced air box and that put ti to 120bhp nice litytle engine takes alot of abuse
baldie87 just reading through an issue of total vaux from the other month and they had a 1.6 16v in on the rollers testing filterss and cones on it. standard it gave 101bhp and they put a KnN apollo on it and it did 115bhp might be worth giving it ago matt dunno..
baldie87 the 57i gen 1 kit only made 110bhp mate and the gen 2 just looks like a heat sheld has just been added dunno..
Sjdickso My mate had ones of these sounded nice but not sure what gain he got, As sadi it is an induction kit with a heat shield.
Matt I can't find the Apollo for my car, so I'm guessing they had the universal one with a fitting adapter?
