White thick substance , end of dip stick?

Hello, I use Edge ow-30.

I was away for a month on holiday and just returned.

y'day I drove down to London and back ( about 250 miles approx) . this morning checked the dip stick and there was some thick white substance at the end of it.

my mate says, its either condensation or the head is on its way out. I am worried...

I checked the oil filler cap. There is no white substance under it. just a trace of oil...

Any advise..

Condensation mate. If your coolant level has not dropped, your fine.

the coolant level has not dropped mate. it has always been between min and max . just checked that as well.

I did a few hundred miles a week in mine and mine had it notsure.gif

what i think happens after you run your engine for a period of time it gets hot, then as it cools down thats when the condensation is caused especially this time of year when its cold in the evenings
