if im gonna have the SC conversion, Do i lose the 2,4 mani etc, also is it worth putting in my regrinded cams?

2.4 manifold would be long gone if you go for the S/C. You'd have to speak to Jon or Mark about the cams. I've talked to Jon before about the S/C on my car and if I would have to lose the cams but he says not. There is already someone looking to S/C a vx220 with Schrick cams and they are going ahead. Give him a call.

even if you have to lose sum parts to get S/C you can always sell them on here is people will want them at sum point. what price for the 2.4 manifold?? lol

I'm the same Jamee I don't know what to do was talking to Mark Watts the other day about cams etc but as Johnny said youd be best giving him a call and talking to him about it yourself mate he'll tell you more! But as far as I can remember putting the cams on is okay but if you get head work done you'll need to replace the head as said give Mark a call and he'll let you know what you should do mate... Oh and by the way he was saying about a cheaper S/C conv that would kick out around 200bhp but personally I'm just gonna stick with the same as Mark has... 8)

When i go for the SC it will be the 300bhp one, which according to Mark, will be soon.

what works well with a NA engine doesn't always work as good with a sc conversion.

both;

ported head
exhaust system
4-1 exhaust manifold
lightened flywheel
balancer shaft delete

NA
2.4 inlet manifold
cams
big valves
4-2-1 exhaust manifold

but the stage three sc conversion will use cams, but also needs con rods/pistons
