Light Mods so far (Not many)

I have only had the car a few days, so far but I have removed the badges from the rear, today I did the airbox mods. I have also been doing some odd jobs on it like the roof rail was twisted, so I replaced that. I removed the drivers door lock and handle, to replace it with a blank handle (No lock). I replaced a damaged clip on the side skirt as I had a slight gap, thats fine now. It's been washed twice now and polished. I have plenty more mods to come yet :razz:

I have tried mate. I can't get them very clean :? . I sat with a toothbrush and some polish (Brass stuff as it's all I had) and I gave it a good scrub :lol: . Cheers

Little tip mark, some 00 wirewool and autosol will bring it up a treat 😃

That what I think I use, Braso. It's went white then I rubbed it off. It took some of the much off..

Cheers 🙂. You should see the mess I have made with the stone chips around the car. It now looks like a dot to dot with me on the attack with a touch up pen lol

just be glad you don't have a vx220, they chip even if a stone only looks at the paint :roll:

I might have to get it painted at a later date. I hate stones lol, my bonnet is the worse, then some on the rear arches. My wing has a bash mark on it so I need a new wing. Apart from that it's not bad, I think I might have some slight dents on the rear quarter and some on the drivers door. That can all get done at a later date.

that is very similar to my car i polished it an it filled all the stone chips with white powder.against the dark blue paint it looked horrific
