38.081 mi/imp gal in mixed driving. I'm hoping to top 42 m/gal with a few more tricks.

you're gonna love this because some of it goes contrary to everything you were taught about performance.

Hot air intake, Free flowing exhaust, air dams front of the car and the rear wheels, full belly pan, grille block, and 50psi in each tyre.

I am planning some further aerodynamic mods in the near future. the slicker the shape the better the milage.

i dont think hot air is good for yer engine mate ! max mpg or not i would never do that to my baby ! 8)

intake temps determine the air/fuel so i run a hot intake at about 66c and the mixture leans down a fair bit. None to worry it won't harm the engine because I'm not booting it anymore. 0 to 60 was about 7sec flat now 45-60sec depending on wether there is a hill or not

When I had a Mini it had a stage 1 kit on it with a water heated inlet manifold for better MPG.
