thanks, I found a guy (a friend of a friend) who created a simple metal plate at his workplace.
Since the whole is already sealed from the EGR valce replacement plate, I acutally don't care about that "pipe blanking plate" any more.
The small metal piece does a good job and with the engine cover mounted, you don't even see it if you don't know its there :-)
I'll talk to me buddies, maybe somebody visit's the irmscher days as well, but I think I cannot manage to finish my interior until that date.
Still need to create the wooden side covers and the front part (where the rear passengers legs used to be) and put leather on all those pieces.
