Cruise control problem

I’ve mounted cruise control in a Vectra B 2,2 2001. It works fine for approximately 3-5km, after which the service indicator lights up. I get following fault codes: P1574 and P0571. I’ve replaced the brake switch but it didn’t help. The brake lights also work correctly.

Does anyone have any suggestions what to try next?

Sounds like exactly the same fault i had with mine......check ure abs rings....mine was cracked causeing a faulty signal to the ecu and knocking off the cruise...

Do you mean the rings that are attached to the wheels?

I may have a stalk and clutch switch here....will check in the morning and get back to ya....
it can sometimes be hidden in the loom area, but without that plug cruise control kits will be hard to fit
