Washed & polished

Possibly the crappest pics ever, but you can sort of see how clean it is. need to get myself a decent camera.

Also did all the glass inside and out and gave it a good hoover/polish inside.

Oh almost forgot, debadged the boot (apart from the griffin) and painted my rear calipers red, you can just see them on the rear pic.. tried to do the fronts but the front wheels wont come off! well and truely stuck. notsure.gif but im having new brakes fitted in a week or two so it's their problem! lol showo..

oh and excuse the poor scenery, was rapidly getting dark so didn't have time to drive anywhere to get pics.

I de badged my Coupe the other day too how hard did you find it getting the left over glue off and was it a c**t getting the chrome strip at the bottom off I'm not sure about taking mine off trying to think wether it would look better without it or with... notsure.gif

Looking nice my man, shiny, looks much better debadged, should have left the chrome strip on, breaks up the boot a bit, but still looks good tho.

Mine didnt come with a chrome strip! the only badges ive took off are the vauxhall astra 2.2 16v bits.. im currently looking for a chrome strip and smoked rear lights atm! proving hard to find though!

The badges were a pain to get off, i just used hot water and picked at them lightly, took me about 30 mins i think to do the lot. im sure theres better ways to do it though!

SJ- Yeah i still need to buy some tyre gel, its on the huuuuge list of things to buy lol

glad you all like though, hoping to get a better camera soon so i'll take some proper photo's. 🙂

hopefully should have some coilovers (only cheapo ones) within the next month or two aswell. then ill be on the look out for some wheels.

Jamee just looking at your sig and I think I'll be keeping the chrome strip as you say it does break it up and really don't think it would look right without it on the Europa Blue!!!
Rick how long did it take you to paint the calipers gonna do mine in blue🙂 and unless you're gonna put a kit etc on I wouldn't bother with the coilovers go with a good set of Dampers & Springs even on the softest setting coilovers just aren't suitable for daily driving but if you do go for a set make sure you get them corner weighted and get an alighnment kit really makes a BIG difference to them mate...

Only reason i say coilovers is because they're cheaper than a set of springs/dampers lol. but i see what you're saying there mate may have to look into it a bit more. Someone i know has just fitted a set to his hatchback so i'll have to see what he thinks to them. but as said they may not be any good for me as i drive my car about 50 miles daily.

Also dont know whether to get a rear spoiler? same as the standard one.. or whether to keep it smooth.

agreed mate think i need some turbo rims on there, just everytime i save enough it needs to be spent on a bill or something.. 🙁
