Rough idle/running

After the recent engine work (flywheel / removing balance shafts / cams etc) I found the engine to be running well (although I haven't really been using the car much).

I've since also fitted the inlet manifold, and again the engine seemed to be running well. However I've started to use the car a bit more and noticed the car seems to have developed a rough idle (not extreme, but noticable) when its reached full running temp. If I turn the engine off and back on again it seems to revert back to nice steady idle for about 10 seconds. The car also seems be fine under full thottle, but I'm not sure throttle response is at its best.

I'm guessing the rough idle develops when the car is running in closed-loop which could point to the lamda sensor (no engine light)?? Is there anyway I can check this using my OBD reader?

Sounds like the same issue I have. I have Schrick cams, lightened flywheel etc. and my engine seems very slightly lumpy and that developed over a period of time. I was worried sick about it and even took it to the main dealer to have the timing checked and that cost me £140 to be told that there is nothing wrong.

When I dropped off the car back to Courtenay in December I got Mark Watts to have a listen too and he's assured me that all is well and it just how the engine runs with the cams. The car runs perfectly and pulls like a train.
