Hi. I was a bit of a plank over christmas and shunted someone on a roundabout. I've repaired everything bar the bonnet, which I just don't think i'll ever be able to fix to my satisfaction 🙁
So... I figured I'd just get a second-hand Bonnet on Ebay that was the right colour and bolt it on. Only problem is mine is a metallic L20H Nocturn Blue, and the only info I can find about it is that it was available from 2000 on. There are one or two bonnets on Ebay that look about right, but no-one knows the paint code of them.
Is there a list of Vauxhall paint codes (and dates) for the Vec available anywhere? I'd really like to know if there were any other dark metallic blues available for 2000 Vecs, or if these bonnets i've found are definitely the right ones.
Failing that, does anyone know a place around the Cambridge area that is likely to have parts in the correct colour? Or how much is a respray for the bonnet (and maybe bumper if I got a new one of them too) likely to cost?
