hi every body
any body know were i can get parts to install two head units in a 2000 vectra is it possible to fit one were the cup holder are
need two as one is cd/dvd/tuner and the other for 7in screen both normal head unit size

i first thought of putting in the glove box but its also the radio tuner and cd aswel as a dvd player and didnt want to have to go in the glove box every time i wanted to change the cd or radio channel the screen is a indipendant motorised screen
i also though of taking the passenger airbag out and putting the screen their behind a false air bag front keeping it away from beedy eyes so its not on show when not in use
but i dont know if this would cause a problem with the airbag system

Looks great, super looking Player.
I had one in my glovebox - only ball ache was changing chapters etc (especially when using a disc of MP3s) via the remote on the move - with a passenger in the car it could be a pain, .. not that you should be watchingCute Angel Butts 24` on the drive to work!!!

it tends to jump a little if your on the move but the little en loves it
its only a cheap one from Hong Kong cost me £99.91 thats with postage off ebay
the tv Arial that came with it i didnt even try as looked cheap and had to mess around extending it so i got a high gain amplyfied one that sticks to the window like a mobile phone arial

Just noticed title, TV dvd install, are you hooked up to pick up tv?
My last in dash had bluetooth and tv tuner capabilities but never got around to attatching an aerial up to it.

and nice one baldie...you getting a Noddy DVD too lol

Cool, never tried it as I was always concerned about the signal on the move, suppose it auto tunes does it???
I`m gutted as the new cars a double DIN and the standard stereos really quite good, would love to have the one out of my Vectra in it, give the TV a go.

if you can get a bluetooth add on i think it would be worth it

doesnt auto tune on the move but then again i suppose there were made with been stationary in mind
