DDC Just bought myself Vectra 2.2 SRI today 😃 I'm wanting to get the timing chain changed, think I'm getting my mate to do it. However how much do Vauxhall charge to supply the parts and fit it. Help appreciated!
JohnnyN Vauxhall charge £600 inc. VAT. :shock: Our man on here called Benny does an extremely good rate on cam chain replacement. He's based in Wolverhampton I think.

DDC Yeah he knows his stuff, he's a time served Vauxhall mechanic. Was speaking to him and he's never replaced one but he's going to get help from one of his mates.
Daz Changint the chain is straight forward...if you can do a cambelt then u can do a chain.....just all the parts u gotta take off takes up the most time...
