might be best to recheck the cam timing, it can easily jump a tooth during fitting :roll:
I know its a ballache, but you need to whip the lower cover and cam cover back off, don't forget the timing marks will have moved, you need to count the links between the mark on the pulley and the coloured link on the chain, they should all be exactly the same amount, no half links
