stevie16v When i am accelerating eg along the motorway, and bringing the revs up to over 3000, when i dipp the clutch to change gear i get a horrble grinding rattling sound last less than a second. It i come up off the accelerator and leave it a second then dip the clutch it seems to dissapear, as tho the "drive" pressure is off it. as far as i can tell it is only when on the move and only when the revs are higher. Any ideas? p.s. g ot the chain done a couple months ago.
stevie16v Quick update on it. The noise is there when i go up the revs eg 4000 and over, when i come off the gas, is when i can hear it. DOnt know if the engine noise is drowning it out beforehand. However, i mentioned previously about the clutch. I have completely left the clutch alone and it still does it, so looks as though its nowt to do with the clutch. Any more suggestions? p.s. now cleaned my throttle body, hydraulic change (for benefit of the clutch) but still no better
