disk clean up ?

when you do 1 of these what do you deleate just the ones that are ticked allready ?

Is this in Vista Gaz?

'temporary internet files' and the 'recycle bin' are the main ones to clean up dunno..

yea in vista matt,i have one called tempory files which is 5.3gb ?

I always clear out the 'temporary files' Gazza

I've just ran one now, and ticked:

Temporary Files
System Error Memory Dump Files
Temporary Internet Files
Recycle Bin
