2001 vectra 2.2 sri i bought this is april 2008 as a replacement for my omega 3.0 v6 elite ,didnt quite gel with it at first due to all the toys on the miggy ,but it wasnt long before the modding bug took over .originally bought for £2100 ive now spent approx £6k on it .currently undergoing an engine rebuild

was hoping to have it done for april but i keep breaking things lol .chains will be going on this weekend fingers crossed ,then i still need to get some exhaust wrap ,drop the sub frame .do all the powerflex bushes,change 2 rusty doors and a wing .all 4 wheels need to come off and reseal them as they are losing pressure .so its safe to say it should be done for may

whilst ive been doing the engine rebuild ive also done the balance shaft delete ,so that should free up a few more bhp

ive had a really good day today ,ive put powerflex bushes in the wishbone and what a pig that was to do .gearbox back on engine .and engine back in its rightful place 🙂

nothing major happened to it ,started getting niggly little problems then lost interest in it so stripped it

Had a v6 one of these looked similar to yours, probably the best car I've owned love the lines of it. Had a chance of a low mileage 2.2 thought about supercharging it but turned it down. Regretting that after seeing this yours . Very nice indeed
